Adding an AI Form Builder to Your Application

About this task

SOTI Snap can save you time using AI to generate a form in one of two methods:

Prompt: Generate a form using a prompt message. The prompt message offers you an opportuntity to describe the form you want, and the AI attempts to generate the form as such. You can select from the prepared prompt messages or enter your prompt message.
PDF/Image: Generate from a file (*.pdf, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png, *.txt, or *.doc). Upload the file containing the form you want to generate, and SOTI Snap autogenerates the form with all the necessary input fields and options.

From the Canvas, select the Project tab.
Select Add. The Add screens window opens.
Select AI Form Builder.
For the Name field, enter a brief name for the form.
Do one of the following.
1. Select Prompt to enter a prompt message to generate your form:
  - Optional: Select Lead Generation Form or Feedback Form to autofill a prepared prompt message.
  - Below Enter the prompt and see SOTI Snap AI in action, enter a prompt message in the textbox describing the form you want to generate.
    Tip: The built-in AI supports over 100+ languages.
2. Select PDF/Image to upload a file to generate your form:
  Note: The maximum file size is 10MB.
  Choose from one of the following:
  - From your local device's file explorer, drag a *.pdf, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png, *.txt, or *.doc file into the Drag and drop image file here file selector box. A file icon or preview appears.
  - 1. Select to open a file browser.
    2. From the file browser, navigate to the *.pdf, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png, *.txt, or *.doc file containing your form.
    3. Select the file. A file icon or preview appears.
Select Generate With AI.

Note: It may take a few minutes for SOTI Snap to autogenerate the form.

You have autogenerated a new form, which opens in the canvas for editing.

Edit and customize your new form.
