Edit the Splash Screen

About this task

The Splash Screen is the first screen the app user sees when they launch an app to indicate that the app is loading.

To edit a splash screen:

Procedure

  1. In the Canvas, select the Project tab.
  2. Select Splash Screen to open the Splash Screen Properties panel.
  3. Enable the Splash Screen switch if you want the splash screen to appear to the app user.
    Note: The splash screen is only displayed to the app user once per session.
  4. Apply a background color or image.
    As you set the splash screen background, it is automatically reflected on the preview.
  5. Optional: Click Upload Image to include an image in your splash screen.
  6. Click the general app Save button to ensure all your progress is saved.
