  In order for SOTI Snap's JavaScript to access device details from a SOTI MobiControl Device Agent, you must first whitelist SOTI Snap on the associated instance. To perform the whitelisting, you must upload a certain package to an Android-based profile and then assign the profile to Android devices with SOTI Snapinstalled.
