  - Creating a View
    This topic describes how to create a view to track parameters that you specify for a set of devices. You select which devices to track, the data items or topics to watch, and how the map displays that information.

  - Individual Device Tracking
    There are three ways to track an individual device: Automatic, Heat, and Spot tracking. You can simultaneously track multiple individual devices using any of these tracking modes.
  - Excluding Individual Devices
    You can remove devices from the view if you no longer want to track them or to reduce clutter. You can simply remove a device from the view, or control when to exclude the device using filters based on the device having a topic value in a particular range. For example, you may want to exclude all devices except for devices associated with a specific fleet. Additionally,you may only want to see the devices with poor signal strength or the devices that traveling faster than a certain speed, etc.
  - Global Device Tracking
    With global device tracking, you can apply tracking rules to all devices in a view. This feature is particularly beneficial for views containing many devices.
  - Globally Excluding Devices
    By globally excluding devices, you can apply exclusion rules to all devices in a view. This feature is particularly beneficial for views containing many devices. You exclude all devices in a view based on the device having a topic value in a particular range. Remove devices when you no longer want to track them or to reduce clutter.

    Standard topics are categories of information that are available by default once the SOTI XSight agent is installed. Use standard topics to monitor and analyze devices in Live View. Standard topics provide comprehensive insights into device performance, network conditions, and user behavior

Loading a Saved Live View Session

This topic shows how to view a saved Live View session.

About this task

To load a saved Live View session:

Procedure

Make sure that a view is not currently started.
From the Saved Sessions dropdown list, select a saved session to view.
Select Start. The saved view displays.

Note: Select the Time Machine icon in the lower left part of the screen to view up to 72 hours of previous activity in the saved view.
Select Stop to stop the live view.
