Setting Up SOTI XSight

About this task

Perform SOTI XSight setup tasks. Open the SOTI MobiControl console while logged into SOTI XSight. Set up and change various configuration settings.

Open SOTI MobiControl from SOTI XSight

Procedure

  1. Login to the SOTI XSight web console as administrator.
  2. Select Main Menu > SOTI ONE > SOTI MobiControl.

    The SOTI MobiControl console opens in a new tab.

View Device Information for Devices Managed by SOTI MobiControl.

Procedure

  1. Login to the SOTI XSight web console as administrator.
  2. Select Main Menu > Incident Management.
    Select Incident Management
    The Incident Management dashboard displays.
  3. Select an incident in the Incident Management dashboard.

    The Incident Details view displays.
  4. In the Incident Details view, in the Devices section, select a device.

    If the device is managed by SOTI MobiControl 14.0 or later, the Device Information panel opens in the SOTI MobiControl console.
