Available Activities

The Workflow Designer supplies a selection of the following activities.


Widget Name	Description
Condition	Directs workflow based on predefined criteria.
Data Export	Exports data through data connection rules as part of the workflow.
Group Approval	Prevents workflow from advancing until members of a SOTI Snap user group approve.
Notification	Sends notification emails to external users (outside of the workflow) to inform them of workflow status.
Rest API	Performs CRUD operations on web resources by using REST API rules.
Script	Adds JavaScript codes in Workflow Designer.
Set Status	Sets the current status of activity within the workflow.
Set Value	Updates records with script/REST API responses.
User Approval	Prevents the workflow from advancing until named users approve.
