Use the following instructions to add or delete workflow activities within the Workflow Designer.
Add Workflow Activities
About this task
To add a new workflow activity to the Workflow Canvas, do the following:
Procedure
- In the Workflow Canvas, open the Project tab.
- Select the Workflow dropdown. The Workflow Designer opens.
- Open the Activities tab.
- Drag and drop a workflow activity onto the Workflow Designer.
- In the Properties panel, adjust the settings to customize the widget's appearance and behavior.
- Click Save.

Repeat these steps for any other workflow activities you want to add to
your app.
Tip: Drag and drop workflow activities to rearrange their placement in the app.
Delete Workflow Activities
About this task
To remove a workflow activity from the Workflow Canvas, do the following:
Procedure
- In the Workflow Canvas, open the Project tab.
- Select the Workflow dropdown. The Workflow Designer opens.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the workflow activity you wish to remove. The Delete button appears.
- Click the Delete button. A confirmation window opens.
- Click Delete.
