Add Workflow Activities

About this task

To add a new workflow activity to the Workflow Canvas, do the following:

Procedure

  1. In the Workflow Canvas, open the Project tab.
  2. Select the Workflow dropdown. The Workflow Designer opens.
  3. Open the Activities tab.
  4. Drag and drop a workflow activity onto the Workflow Designer.
  5. In the Properties panel, adjust the settings to customize the widget's appearance and behavior.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat these steps for any other workflow activities you want to add to your app.
    Tip: Drag and drop workflow activities to rearrange their placement in the app.

Delete Workflow Activities

About this task

To remove a workflow activity from the Workflow Canvas, do the following:

Procedure

  1. In the Workflow Canvas, open the Project tab.
  2. Select the Workflow dropdown. The Workflow Designer opens.
  3. Hover the mouse pointer over the workflow activity you wish to remove. The Delete button appears.
  4. Click the Delete button. A confirmation window opens.
  5. Click Delete.

Results

You have removed the workflow activity. This might leave a gap in the workflow, requiring you to add new workflow activities or connections between workflow activities.
