Common App Changes that Affect the SOTI Snap Link Console
When you publish a new version of an app, any changes that you made are reflected in the SOTI Snap Link console. If you changed the app name or added or removed fields, these changes affect the SOTI Snap Link.

Note: Historical versions of the app will also display the changed name.

| Change the details of the SOTI Snap Link data export connection | The data export rule changes to match its new settings.
Note: Significant changes to the data export such as changes to the selected form or app fields may result in failed records so always check the SOTI Snap Link console after you publish an update with major changes.

| Deactivate the SOTI Snap Link data export connection | The data export rule disappears from the SOTI Snap Link console. If you reactivate this rule, it will reappear but loses all of its previously configured destinations. |
| Delete the SOTI Snap Link data export connection | The data export rule disappears from the SOTI Snap Link console. |
| Deactivate the app | The app remains in the SOTI Snap Link, frozen at its last version. |
