User Management

SOTI Snap console users are added and managed through SOTI Identity, an authentication and authorization service for user management across all SOTI ONE applications.

SOTI Identity validates user credentials to verify the authenticity of a user to provide secure access to SOTI ONE products like SOTI Snap. Once users log into a single SOTI ONE application, they will be logged into all applications associated with that SOTI Identity account.

While users are assigned in SOTI Identity, user roles are managed through SOTI Snap. A default set of roles are provided and additional custom roles can be added, modified, or deleted.
