Users and Permissions

From SOTI Identity (an authentication and authorization service for user management across all SOTI ONE applications.), you can add and manage SOTI Snap console users and groups.

SOTI Identity validates user credentials to verify the authenticity of a user to grant secure access to SOTI ONE products like SOTI Snap. Once users log into a single SOTI ONE application, they are also logged into all applications associated with that SOTI Identity account.

In SOTI Identity, you can create new Users and Groups, then assign them the SOTI Snap application. Then, through SOTI Snap, you can manage these assigned user and groups.

A default set of roles are provided and additional custom roles can be added, modified, or deleted.
