Managing Access to Your Apps
By default, only you (and SOTI Snap administrators) can make changes to your apps. However, you can assign access rights to users using roles.
From Console Access, you can assign users of your SOTI Snap apps to one of three default roles:
- Administrator: Administrators have full rights to manage the app.
- Co-owner: Co-owners have rights to all functions except to delete the app.
- Viewer: Viewers may only duplicate, preview, or examine app versions.
Administrators, Co-owners, and users granted manage access rights can create and assign new custom roles for specific uses.
