Review Data Export Status

About this task

To review the data export status of an app:

Procedure

  1. Select the Apps tab. This displays the App Manager screen listing all the apps.
  2. In the App Manager view, beside the app you want to review, select More > Report.

  3. Click the Data Export Status tab to examine the records for each export rule related to the app.

  4. The number of failed export attempts is listed in the Failed Records column of the table. Click on the number to open the Record Details table.

    1. To retry a failed export from this table, select a record and click the Publish button Publish button. A confirmation pop-up will open.
    2. Click Run to put the report in a queued state.

      Note: If the data export completes without error, the value in the Failed Records column resets to zero.
