Boyner, for example, is a major retail department chain operating in Türkiye, with 300 stores and a considerable online presence. Before SOTI, the company ran into several issues with lost and stolen devices from the store floor. The IT team was challenged with pushing out device updates manually, and general device issue calls took nearly 30 minutes to solve.
By leveraging SOTI MobiControl’s device tracking and location services, Boyner decreased its lost and stolen rate from 5% to 0.1%. Additionally, IT support calls dropped by 90% thanks to SOTI MobiControl’s Remote Control feature. General device issue calls, which used to take 25 minutes per device, now take only three to four minutes. SOTI has helped Boyner reduce downtime significantly, but most importantly enabling staff to focus on meeting the needs of their customers without having to worry about tech issues.
