Renaming Groups

About this task

Rename groups that you have created.
Note: Renaming a group affects all incidents associated with the group.

To rename a group:

Procedure

  1. Login to the SOTI XSight web console as administrator.
  2. From the main menu, select Settings > Incident Management Groups
  3. Select on the left of the group name you wish to rename (see blue box below).

  4. In the pop-up menu, select Rename (see red box above).
  5. In the Rename Group panel, enter a Group Name and Group Prefix.
