Enabling Groups

About this task

Enable a disabled group.
Note: You can enable, rename or delete a disabled group

To enable a group:

Procedure

  1. Login to the SOTI XSight web console as administrator.
  2. From the main menu, select Settings > Incident Management Groups
  3. To enable a group, select on the left of the group name you wish to disable (see blue box below).

  4. In the pop-up menu, select Enable (see red box above).
  5. In the Enable Group panel, select the Yes, please enable this group checkbox.

  6. Select Enable.
