Using When Statement

The When Statement is used in Conditional Rules to define the time-based schedule for when the rule should trigger. It ensures that actions only occur during specific time windows, allowing administrators to control when device actions are applied.

Select the appropriate Timezone from the list.
Note: Available options may vary depending on whether the frequency is set to Daily or Weekly.

Frequency Choose how often the rule should trigger:
  • Daily: The rule triggers every day at the specified time.
  • Weekly: The rule triggers only on selected days of the week.
Start Time Set the time at which the rule should start executing actions.
End Time Set the time at which the rule should stop executing actions.
Day When the frequency is set to Weekly, select the specific days on which the rule should run (for example, Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
