Data Storage

As part of your SOTI Snap subscription, you are allotted data storage space to store app data and records. You get 1 GB of data storage for each SOTI Snap device license.

1 device license = 1 GB of data storage | 100, 000 device licenses = 100 TB of data storage space. Reducing device licenses reduces data storage at the same rate.

You can also purchase additional data storage separately from device licenses, in chunks of 1 GB. Contact your SOTI Snap account manager for details. Updates are reflected immediately in the SOTI Snap console. You can check your data storage limit in the console. SOTI Snap will notify you as you approach your data storage limit, starting with warnings at 80% full.

Data storage is typically consumed by data stored on the app (such as images) rather than by the design of the app itself. To manage your data storage space, you can configure SOTI Snap to automatically delete app records after exporting their data. You can also delete data manually to free up data storage.
