Add Graphs to the Dashboard

About this task

Graphs in the Dashboard view provide quick visual updates on the statistics of your SOTI Snap environment. The Dashboard is user-specific, only you will see these graphs.

To add a graph to your dashboard:

Procedure

  1. Open the Dashboard view.
  2. Click New Graph.
  3. Select a graph to add to the Dashboard view. Hover over the graph you want to add and click Add.
    Total Apps Displays the number of apps currently available.
    Platform Displays (in a donut chart) the proportion of enrolled devices per platform (Android or iOS).
    App Status Displays (in a donut chart) the number and proportion of apps in Active, Inactive, or Draft states.
    Total Enrolled Users Displays the number of total users enrolled in this SOTI Snap channel.
  4. Click Add to save your graphs to your Dashboard view.
  5. Choose a layout for the Dashboard view.
    1. Click Configure graph layout.
    2. In the Graph Layout dialog box, choose a layout: single, double, or triple column.
    3. Click Apply.
  6. Drag and drop the graphs around the Dashboard view to arrange them to your liking.

Results

Graphs in the Dashboard view update automatically whenever changes are made to your apps or enrolled users.
