Check Your SOTI Snap Subscription

About this task

To quickly review the status of your SOTI Snap subscription:

Procedure

  1. In the upper right corner of the SOTI Snap console, click the dropdown beside your name and select Subscription Info from the dropdown list.

  2. Review information about your SOTI Snap subscription in the Subscription Information dialog box.

    Product Indicates the current subscription type, Paid or Trial.
    Tenant ID Displays the identification number for the SOTI Snap tenant.
    Apps Published Lists how many apps have been published from this SOTI Snap tenant.
    Device License Shows the number of device licenses you've consumed and your total number of device licenses.

    To purchase more device licenses, contact your SOTI Snap account manager. You can purchase device licenses add-ons in sets of five device licenses.
    Data Storage Shows the total amount of storage and how much is currently being used.

    You automatically receive 1 GB of data per device license. However, you can choose to purchase more data independently of device license number. Contact your SOTI Snap account manager to purchase more data storage space.
    Start date Displays the day your SOTI Snap subscription started.
    Expiration date Displays the day your SOTI Snap subscription will expire.
    Server build version Indicates the SOTI Snap version.
    End-User License Agreement Click to download the SOTI Snap End-User License Agreement or click End-User License Agreement to open it in a new browser tab.
  3. Close the dialog box to return to the SOTI Snap console.
