SOTI Snap is a cloud-based web application that requires an internet connection and a browser. You must meet the following prerequisites:
Note: If you plan to use a SOTI Snap Link data export, check the system requirements
for SOTI Snap Link. Unlike SOTI Snap, SOTI Snap Link is on-premises and requires
installation.
Supported SOTI Snap Agent Versions
Users can access apps built in SOTI Snap through the SOTI Snap Agent, available for Android and iOS devices.
