Configure App Report

About this task

You can configure the display of custom reports. Changes cannot be made to the Default Report option.

To configure the display of the app report:

Procedure

  1. Open the Apps view and beside the published app whose records you want to see, select More > Report.
  2. Select options from the Environment, Form, and Version dropdown to filter information in the report to those specific parameters.
  3. Toggle the Records or Charts buttons to choose which is displayed.

    Note: Only one of either Records or Charts can be hidden at a time.
  4. Reorganize how charts are displayed in by dragging and dropping them.
  5. Reorganize the order columns are displayed in by dragging and dropping them.
  6. Optional: Save your customization:
    • To save changes to an existing report, click Save Report > Save
    • To save a new custom report, click Save Report > Save as.
