Multi-Channel Support
App users can access the custom apps of multiple, separate companies from within the same SOTI Snap agent.
If an app user enrolls into Company A's channel on the SOTI Snap agent and then that same app user also enrolls in the channel of Company B, that app user will receive apps from both Company A and Company B.
Although the app user can access both sets of apps, the apps from Channel A and Channel B are kept entirely separate, on different app catalogs. No data is exchanged between the apps of the two channels and you will not be able to see any information about the other channels in your SOTI Snap console.
Theoretically, multi-channel enrollment may occur spontaneously. However, a more likely situation is that channel A is a company that who uses SOTI Snap and has contracted out services to another company or managed service provider (MSP) who also uses SOTI Snap to build and deploy apps to the same set of app users.
