Multi-Channel Support

App users can access the custom apps of more than one companies from within the same SOTI Snap Device Agent.

On SOTI Snap Device Agent, assume an app user enrolls into Company A's channel. Later, the app user then also enroll Company B's channel, that app user receive apps from both Company A and Company B.

Although the app user can access both sets of apps, SOTI keeps the apps from Channel A and Channel B entirely separate, on different app catalogs. The apps of the two channels do not exchange any data and you cannot see any information about the other channels in your SOTI Snap console.

Theoretically, multi-channel enrollment may occur spontaneously. However, a more likely situation is that channel A is a company that uses SOTI Snap and has contracted out services to another company or managed service provider (MSP). The other company or managed service provider (MSP) could also use SOTI Snap to build and deploy apps to the same set of app users, thereby serving as channel B.
