Manage My Requests

About this task

Find your requests and their status in the My Requests tab of the SOTI Snap workflow app. To access and review your request status, perform the following steps:

Procedure

  1. In SOTI Snap, open your custom workflow app and provide your credentials. The workflow app opens to show two tabs: Inbox and My Requests.
  2. Go to the My Requests tab. My Requests lists all your Queued (when offline), Pending, and Approved requests.
  3. Tap a request to review the submitted data.
  4. Optional: If you made the request while the device was offline, the request opens in edit mode. You can continue to update the request and resubmit it to sync with the SOTI Snap server. The record's status is Queued until the device is online. Once synced, the status changes to Pending.
