Can SOTI Assist remote control mobile devices?

When combined with SOTI MobiControl, you can remotely access any device you have deployed in the field, pull in point-of-time device snapshots for all operating systems to view rich device information, download device logs, or whiteboard and annotate directly on the device screen to provide guided support.

What is the difference between SOTI MobiControl and SOTI Assist?

SOTI Assist and SOTI MobiControl are two separate products. SOTI MobiControl lets you deploy and manage mobile devices. SOTI Assist is a mobile device remote diagnostic tool.
