Approve a Link Request

About this task

If an MSP agrees to link with a client tenant, they can approve the request. To approve a link request:

Procedure

  1. In the SOTI Identity Admin Console, open the main menu and select Account Settings.
  2. On the Account Settings page, select Tenant Linking Requests.
  3. Select the More menu on a pending request.
  4. Select Approve.

  5. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by email.
    Note: An email is sent after selecting Approve.
  6. Select Approve to confirm.

Results

A SOTI Identity account adminstrator approves the link request. The client’s SOTI MobiControl and SOTI Connect applications get assigned to the MSP tenant and Administrator users.
