Reject a Link Request

About this task

If an MSP does not agree to link with a client tenant, they can reject the request. To reject a link request:

Procedure

  1. In the SOTI Identity Admin Console, open the main menu and select Account Settings.
  2. Select Tenant Linking Requests. Tenant Linking Request window
  3. Select the More menu on a pending request.
  4. Select Reject.

  5. Enter a reason for rejection.
  6. Select Reject to confirm.

Results

A SOTI Identity account adminstrator rejects the client's link request.
