Policy Management
You can configure custom policies that automatically apply settings to users based on conditions that you define. When you create a new policy, you can assign it to a select set of users or user groups. You can assign users and user groups multiple policies which allows you to automate behavior at a granular level.
Policy Types
| Policy | Description |

| Multifactor Authentication | Set policies to determine if users must authenticate through an additional factor (email or an access code delivered through an app) to access SOTI Identity and SOTI ONE apps. In addition to choosing an authentication provider (such as Google Authenticator, Duo, or Email OTP), you can set conditions to further define the coverage of a policy.
Note: Multifactor authentication is supported on local SOTI and LDAP account users, but not third-party IdP users.
