Link to an MSP Tenant

About this task

To send a link request to an MSP tenant administrator:

Procedure

  1. In the SOTI Identity Admin Console, open the main menu and select Account Settings.
  2. Select Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  3. Add the following details:
    • Tenant Name
    • MSP Admin Email ID
  4. Select Link.

Results

The MSP tenant administrator receives an email notification to review the request.
