Linking a Client Tenant to a Managed Service Provider
Link a client tenant to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to enable centralized management through the Multi-Tenant Portal.
Before you begin
- A Managed Service Provider (MSP) tenant with an active Multi-Tenant Portal must exist before you can link a service provider tenant (see Enabling Multi-Tenant Portal).
- You must be an administrator of the service provider tenant to initiate the linking request.
About this task
You can link a client tenant to an MSP tenant that uses the Multi-Tenant Portal. Linking enables the MSP to manage the client tenant's applications and configurations. Either the client tenant or the MSP tenant can initiate the linking request.
Procedure
- Log in to the SOTI Identity web console as an administrator.
- From the main menu (), select .Account Settings.

Enter the following details:
- Managed Service Provider’s Company ID
- Managed Service Provider’s Account Administrator Email ID
- Select Link.
Results
The MSP’s tenant administrator receives an email notification to review and confirm the request. Once approved, the customer tenant is linked under the MSP’s Multi-Tenant Portal.
