Linking to a Service Provider Tenant

About this task

To send a link request to an service provider's tenant administrator:

Procedure

  1. In the SOTI Identity Admin Console, open the main menu and select Account SettingsDelegated Administration
  2. Add the following details:
    • Service Provider's Company ID
    • Service Provider's Account Administrator Email ID
  3. Select Link.

Results

The service provider's tenant administrator receives an email notification to review the request.
