Enabling Multi-Tenant Portal

Enable Multi-Tenant Portal access to manage multiple client tenants from a single SOTI Identity account.

Before you begin

You must have your company ID for SOTI Identity (see Finding Your Company ID).

About this task

The Multi-Tenant Portal helps Managed Service Providers (MSP's) manage multiple clients from a single location. The portal lets you access each client’s applications in the same browser, simplifying administration and reducing the need to switch between accounts.

Procedure

To obtain Multi-Tenant Portal access:
  1. Submit a support ticket through the SOTI Log a Case portal, or contact SOTI Support.
  2. In your request, include your company ID and specify that you would like to enable Multi-Tenant Portal access.

Results

The Technical Support team will review your request, confirm your company ID, and work with the SOTI Identity team to enable Multi-Tenant Portal access for you.
