Linking a Client Tenant from a Managed Service Provider Tenant
Send a linking request from the Managed Service Provider (MSP) tenant to a client tenant through the Multi-Tenant Portal.
Before you begin
- You must be an administrator of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) tenant.
- The MSP tenant must have an active Multi-Tenant Portal enabled. See Enabling Multi-Tenant Portal.
About this task
MSPs can send linking requests to client tenants through the Multi-Tenant Portal. This enables the MSP to manage the client’s applications, configurations, and credentials once the client accepts the request.
Procedure
- Log in to the SOTI Identity Multi-Tenant Portal Console as an administrator.
- From the main menu (), select .
- Select New Linking ().

Enter the following client tenant details:
- Tenant Name
- Client Tenant Administrator Email ID
- Allow Tenant to Delink: Turn on this toggle to allow the client tenant to remove the link from the MSP in the future.
- Select Link.
Results
The client tenant administrator receives an email notification to review and confirm the linking request. Once approved, the client tenant is linked under the MSP’s Multi-Tenant Portal.
