Starting a Live View Session

This topic explains how to start a Live View session.

Before you begin

You need a configured view with devices and topics added.

About this task

To start a new Live View session:

Procedure

1. Select Live View from the SOTI XSight main menu.
2. Select Map or List from the Display dropdown menu.
3. Select a view from the View dropdown menu.
4. Select Start. The map view shows the location of all devices associated with the view. Device positions continuously update in real-time.
