Deleting a File From the File Store

About this task

You can delete files that are no longer needed from the SOTI Connect File Store.
Warning: Deleted files cannot be restored.

Procedure

  1. From the SOTI Connect main menu, navigate to File Store.
  2. Choose either View All Files or Firmware view. The right pane displays the files available in the selected view.
  3. In the right pane, locate the file you want to delete and select More.
  4. Select Delete from the menu list.

  5. In the confirmation message box, select Delete to confirm.

Results

The selected file is permanently deleted from the SOTI Connect File Store.
