Using the File Store

The SOTI Connect File Store provides a place where you can upload and store files that you want to push to devices.

Display

All Files Displays a list of all file types including untyped and firmware files.
Active Files Displays a list of all active and available files in the File Store.
Deleted Files Displays a list of all files deleted from the File Store.
Note: You cannot restore a deleted file as this is just history of all deleted files.

File Upload

Import File Use the Select File option to upload your file to the File Store.
File Type Choose the file type. Choose from:
  • Untyped File
  • Firmware
Automatic Deletion Set the automatic file deletion date. Choose from:
  • Never
  • Date
Delete File On Specify the automatic file delete date.

File Details

Firmware Version Enter the firmware version details.
Note: Firmware version information auto fills if the uploaded file has the meta data for the firmware version.
Device Types Lists the applicable device type for this firmware.
Models Lists the compatible device models.
