Deleting Saved Device Snapshots

About this task

You can delete saved device snapshots that are no longer needed.

Procedure

To delete a saved device snapshot:
  1. Open the incident that refers to the device whose saved snapshot you want to delete.
  2. At the bottom of the incident pane (on the left of the screen), locate the card of the saved snapshot you want to delete (identified by the name of the user who had saved it, the time it had been saved, and the description).
  3. Select the Delete icon on the saved snapshot’s card.
  4. In the confirmation message that opens, select Delete.

Results

The saved snapshot’s card is removed from the incident pane. The saved snapshot you have deleted is no longer available for viewing.
