Assigning User Licenses In Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD

This procedure describes how to assign licenses in Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD for use with Single Sign On (SSO) using Microsoft Authenticator.

To assign a license:

Login in to Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD > Users .
Choose a user then select either the Overview tab:

or the Licenses tab.
Select the number indicator for the Assigned licenses label then select + Assignments.
