Accounts (App Store License)

Use the Accounts dialog box found on the App Store License Management page in Global Settingsto:

Account When adding an account, enter a descriptive name for the App Store License account. This name identifies the account on the App Store License Management page (see App Store License Management).
Content/Server Token

Enter the Apps and Books content/server token you downloaded from Apple Business Manager. You can browse for the token file or drag it into the field. See Adding an App Store License Account to SOTI MobiControl for more details.

Note: A token is valid for one year from the date of issue. See Renewing an App Store License Accountfor more details on the renewal process.
Tip: Users may have distinct tokens for various regions. The appropriate Apps and Books content/server token in Apple Business Manager is that whose name is the value of the current account's Location field.
Content/Server Token Expiry The token expiry date (read-only). After uploading a new content/server token, this field automatically updates with the new expiry date.
Organization Appears on token upload. The organization that owns the Apple Business Manager account (read-only).
Country Appears on token upload. The country of registraion of the Apple Business Manager account (read-only).
Location Appears on token upload. The organization's location that manages the licenses in the Apps and Books content/server token (read-only). This is also the name of the Apps and Books server token in Apple Business Manager.
iOS App Store Applications Appears on token upload. This section lists all the managed iOS App Store applications from the integrated App Store License account.
iOS Custom Applications Appears on token upload. This section lists custom iOS Apps that are not listed publicly on the Apple App Store but distributed privately to employees through a process known as Custom App Distribution.
macOS App Store Applications. Appears on token upload. This section lists the macOS App Store applications managed using the integrated App Store License account.
Multi-Platform App Store Applications Appears on token upload. This section lists the App Store applications managed using the integrated App Store License account for various platforms. This is particularly useful for listing and distributing App Store applications that can run on multiple Apple devices such as iPhones, iPads, and AppleTVs.
