Global Settings

The Global Settings view enables administrators to customize a variety of SOTI MobiControl features. Use the search bar at the top to locate specific settings.

Important: In July 2022, Samsung deprecated Samsung E-FOTA and replaced it with Samsung Knox E-FOTA. As a result, SOTI MobiControl 2024.1 no longer supports Samsung E-FOTA. SOTI MobiControl integrates Samsung Knox E-FOTA in future updates.

Until then, you may continue using Samsung Knox E-FOTA to manage firmware on SOTI MobiControl enrolled devices via the Samsung Knox Admin Portal.
