SOTI Search Settings
Use the SOTI Search Settings page to specify how often SOTI MobiControl search performs an integrity check and synchronization with the SOTI MobiControl database, or to conduct an immediate synchronization. Use this page to also set the priority order of search servers. For details, see Configure SOTI Search Settings.
| Schedule Search Index Sync | Turn on the toggle to enable sync scheduling. |
| Sync Frequency | Select a time unit and type the number of these units to define the sync frequency. |
| Expiry Period | Select a time unit and type the number of these units to define the retention period of indexed properties. Users with 'Manage SOTI Search' permission can manage this setting. If an indexed property is not used within the defined expiry period, it is automatically unindexed. |
| SOTI Search Server(s) | Displays a table of server names, the Primary server and each server's priority. |
| Last Sync Status | Displays the date, status, and integrity percentage of the last sync process. |
| Sync Now | Select to start the sync process immediately. Once you do, text under the button displays the status (percentage completed) of the sync process. The status is automatically updated every three seconds. |
After making changes, follow the prompts to Save or Cancel them.
