Setting a Default Policy in Automated Device Enrollment
Before you begin
- Install APNS certificate. See Creating APNS Configurations.
- Bind Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) with Apple Business Manager (ABM). See Creating ADE Accounts.
- Create a tvOS device policy.
About this task
If you do not specify a policy for a device, it gets its enrollment settings from the default enrollment policy.
To set a new default enrollment policy:Procedure
- From the Main Menu, select .
- From the Accounts list, locate the account bound with ABM.
- Select the more menu and choose Set Default Policy. The Set Default Policy window opens.
- Scroll to the Set tvOS default policy panel. Select the tvOS policy to set as the default.
- Select Save.
