Enabling Groups

About this task

You can enable a previously disabled group.

To enable a group:

Procedure

  1. Select Settings from the main menu.
  2. Click the context menu to the right of the group name you want to enable, then select Enable.
  3. In the Enable Group message box that opens, select the check box and click Enable.

Results

The enabled group becomes available for selection when creating new incidents. For details, see Creating an Incident.
