Creating Workflows

Use the Workflow tab of the Group view to define or edit the group's incident processing workflow.

Resolution Note Required when Resolving an Incident When on, the user is required to add a final note when changing the status type of an incident to Resolved.
Allow Changing Reporter on Open Incidents When on, the incident reporter can be changed when the incident status is Open.
Pre-defined Tags are Required to Resolve an Incident When on, users are required to add a predefined tag when changing the incident status to Resolved.
