Troubleshoot Live View Device Action
- Ensure SOTI XSight 2025.0 or later is installed with an active
license. Note: The following warning displays if SOTI XSight 2025.0 or later is not installed.
- A generic error displays if the installed version of SOTI XSight is earlier than 2025.0.
- For SOTI XSight 2025.0 and later, Live View works with devices of
a similar platform (either Android or Windows). If you select multiple SOTI MobiControl devices from the SOTI MobiControl Device
Dashboard, the system counts the platform with the most devices and shows the live
device positions for those devices.Note: If there are unsupported devices in the selection, the error message below displays. Unsupported devices are filtered out in the request sent to SOTI XSight Live View.
