Agent Service

Configure the SOTI XSight Agent Service and test its status from the Agent Service page in the SOTI XSight Administration utility. From this page, you can:

  • Generate certificates for the SOTI XSight Agent Service.
  • Test the SOTI XSight Agent Service port and certificate.

Test Now checks the status of the SOTI XSight Agent Service (XAS).

SOTI XSight Agent Service Certificate

Generate New creates a new certificate for the SOTI XSight Agent Service.

Test Now checks if the SOTI XSight Agent Service certificate is valid. If valid but expiring within 30 days, a warning message displays showing the expiry date and asks if you want to generate a new certificate.
