Manage SOTI Account Users

SOTI account users are local users that are created within SOTI Identity. They have a SOTI Identity account which they use to access SOTI ONE Platform applications. If they are a SOTI Identity account administrator, they can also access the SOTI Identity Admin Console. From the Users view, account administrators can:

  • Add new SOTI account users
  • Edit user details
  • Unlock users who were locked out after several failed login attempts
  • Activate or deactivate user accounts
  • Reset passwords for users
  • Delete users
