Manage Domains

SOTI Identity uses domains to determine who is authorized to log into a SOTI Identity account and its associated applications.

You must add and verify at least one domain before you can add users to SOTI Identity. You can add multiple domains to SOTI Identity. Subdomains are not inherited and you must register them separately.

Important: You cannot add public domains such as gmail.com or yahoo.com. Read Domain Restrictions to see other limitations.
