Multifactor Authentication

Protect access to SOTI ONE apps by implementing multifactor authentication. When enabled, users are asked for an additional authentication factor such as a one time code delivered through email or an app, to access SOTI ONE apps. In environments where single sign on is enabled, users only have to log in once per session across multiple connected SOTI ONE apps.

Note: Multifactor authentication is supported on local SOTI and LDAP account users, but not third-party IdP users.
