Unenrolling a Device
About this task
To unenroll a device from SOTI Connect:
Procedure
- On the menu bar, select the main menu button, then choose Devices. The Devices view opens.
- In the left pane, select the device group that has the device you want to unenroll.

In the right pane, do one of the following:
- Select the checkbox next to the device(s) you want to unenroll. The device action bar appears.
- Select the device name of the device you want to unenroll. The device information panel opens.
- On the device action bar, or in the device information panel, select Unenroll. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- In the confirmation dialog box, select Confirm.
Results
The device is now unenrolled from SOTI Connect. You can re-add it at any time by going to the New Devices section of the Alerts view and selecting the Rejected Devices tab and selecting Approve.
