Unenrolling a Device

About this task

To unenroll a device from SOTI Connect:

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, select the main menu button, then choose Devices. The Devices view opens.
  2. In the left pane, select the device group that has the device you want to unenroll.
  3. In the right pane, do one of the following:
    • Select the checkbox next to the device(s) you want to unenroll. The device action bar appears.
    • Select the device name of the device you want to unenroll. The device information panel opens.
  4. On the device action bar, or in the device information panel, select Unenroll. A confirmation dialog box appears.
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, select Confirm.

Results

The device is now unenrolled from SOTI Connect. You can re-add it at any time by going to the New Devices section of the Alerts view and selecting the Rejected Devices tab and selecting Approve.
