About this task
When you create an incident in SOTI XSight, you specify a
            group the incident belongs to. Groups enable your organization to segregate incidents by
            customer team/group. This simplifies support workflows, prevents cross-organization data
            exposure, and enhances incident reporting and resolution by dedicated groups/teams.
            Off-the-shelf, your implementation features a single default group, called Default. The
            Default group can be neither disabled nor deleted.See the following related
