Part One: Download the Trust Profile
Before you begin
Important: An Enrollment URL is required to complete
this procedure. The URL is generated when the iOS enrollment policy is created and
needs to be distributed to the end-user. See Creating an iOS Device Policy.
About this task
To download the iOS trust profile, perform the following activities:
Procedure
- Open the Safari web browser on the iOS device.
- Navigate to the Enrollment URL provided by your administrator. The SOTI Enrollment Service will open.
- From the SOTI Enrollment Service, tap DOWNLOAD to begin the enrollment process.
- At the prompt, “This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?” tap Allow to begin the profile download.
- In the Choose a Device pop-up, select the device type to which you are installing the profile.

In the Profile Downloaded pop-up, tap
Close.
