Device Settings
Communication settings in the Live Support Chat container are configurable to the support technician's local hardware.
To update device settings, select
More and update the following options:
Note: Your web browser may
inform you that SOTI XSight requires access to your microphone and
camera. Select Allow.
Device | Description |

Camera | Select the active camera from a list of connected cameras. |
Microphone | Select the active microphone from a list of connected microphones. |
