Current Watchlist Table

The table for this dashboard is a nested table which has information about the device in the main row. To see the conditions causing the device to be in the watchlist, you must select from the dropdown icon next to the device name.

The following information is available for a device:

  • Device name
  • Device ID
  • Device path
  • Watchlist condition
    • This column shows the overall number of conditions causing the device to be in the watchlist.
  • Days in watchlist
    • By hovering over Days in watchlist you can see the date and time a device joined watchlist as available previously.
    • This number is for the oldest watchlist entry for the device.
  • Device group
  • Manufacturer
  • Model
  • OS version
  • Agent version
  • Mac address
  • Cellular carrier
  • Last check-in time
Note: You can move the columns by dragging them.

By selecting the dropdown next to the device, you can see the conditions causing the device to be in the watchlist and when the device joined the watchlist.

  • When selecting a device, the following actions are available:
    • Snooze Device(s)
    • Create Incident
    • Custom Attributes

Snooze a Device

You can 'snooze' a device in the watchlist to temporarily remove it from the list.

Note: Data is still collected for snoozed devices.

To snooze one or more devices:

  1. Open the watchlist from the main X menu.
  2. Select the devices to snooze using the checkboxes.
  3. Select Snooze device(s) from the available actions.
  4. Choose to snooze the device permanently, or by the minute, hour, day, month, or year. You can snooze a device for up to one year. At the end of the snooze period, the device reappears on the watchlist.
To Unsnooze a Device
  1. Select the snooze icon at the top of the table.
  2. Select a device to unsnooze by checking it.

Create an Incident

With SOTI XSight you can create incident tickets for devices on the watchlist. To report a device or a group of devices, do the following:
  1. From within the watchlist, select the devices to report.
  2. From the Device Actions menu bar, select Report Incident button Report Incident. A Report Incident confirmation window opens.

  3. Select Report Incident.
  4. The Incident Management window opens with a draft incident form. SOTI XSight automatically associates the selected devices under Devices.

Note: You can also download a *.csv of the table you are looking at by selecting the Download CSV button.
